Is it for personal or work? Most workplaces have existing arrangements with suppliers so you just need to place an order directly with them. E.g. St Johns, RSEA etc. Even some corporate stationery suppliers sell full kits and restock items.

For private, you can purchase everything that comes in a first aid kit from a pharmacy or any online retailer. As other have said, sometimes it’s easier to just buy a new kit.
