Macca's Monopoly Stealing My Community Chest Prizes Back

Despite the current generation of kids disappointingly disposing of their Maccas Monopoly tickets in bins rather than their traditional destination the floor, I've still managed to scrounge up enough to earn some Community Chest Prizes. The thing is, after stashing them they seem to disappear.

Is this meant to be one of those real life Monopoly board games where someone, normally the banker (aka Brandon the cheating bastard), steals stuff when you're not looking?

Now before anyone asks, I've already done the obvious and asked the people who can help the most. So please take a second out of your day to visit my GoFundMe page and get me back the McMuffin I've lost.

    I have the opposite, random prizes appearing in my app. I have a total of 2 tickets, yet 5 prizes.

    I won a Sausage McMuffin yesterday and as I was claiming it the App crashed, logged back in today and it's not there.

      That's what happened to me the first time! Afterward it wouldn't let me login with any account until I changed my IP address.

          Nah, both times (second time the quarter pounder one) the prizes just disappeared.

    Just went to check out the app to see if my stuff is there. It's logged me out and I can't get back in. App is completely broken

    I haven't even bothered with Macca's Monopoly this year. After having so many bugs in the general app and the bugs in last year's app, it's just not worth the hassle. It's so frustrating though - not only as a customer, but as a business, don't they care that they could get so much free data/extra orders if they actually developed a functioning app?

    When you say kids are disposing of the tickets on the floor/bins, are you using someone else's 2nd hand prize ticket? if so it might be loading in your account, then cross checked and taken away as another person has already claimed?

      I thought this as well but last year it said the code was already claimed (like it would on the same account). My prizes have magically returned for now.
