Review your life insurance company by completing a 2 minute online survey and you could win an iPhone XR.
You will need to have owned (or been a beneficiary of) a Life insurance, TPD, Trauma or Income Protection insurance policy in the last 12 months.
Where your insurance is through your superannuation fund you will need to select the insurer who provides the insurance - this will normally be shown on your super fund's website.
The winner will need to provide evidence of their insurance policy.
