Queen Doona Size

Very odd.

I purchased a Merino Wool Queen doona from https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/461507

Just used it recently and it just seems too big for my Queen Doona Cover.

I note it's 210x210 in size and I've measured it.

I know the standard Queen size is 210x210 however all my existing doona's are slightly smaller so ifit properly.

My doona covers are from Sheridan, Mercer & Reid and other Australian brands, yet they don't fit properly!

Anyone else have this issue with their Merino Wool Queen doona?

Other than the largish size, it's very warm. Fantastic value.

I have the same issue with a king doona and cover I have. Just jam the extra right down the end.

  I would have no issues with it just bunching up at the bottom and the rest of it remains flat, but unfortunately when you use it over a couple of nights, it bunches up at both the top and bottom of the doona, so I have to flick it every day.
  
  Worst still, overnight as I pull up the doona when I'm under it, it twists the top and bottom so the hole of the doona starts rotating, so a couple of times, I found my foot stuck in the hole! very annoying.
  
  I may have to trim it 7cm.
