My request is as simple as the title. What lounge access could I get flying Philippine Airlines from Sydney? What would be the most cost effective way of obtaining access for 2 adults.
Departing Feb 2020 stopping over in Manila on route to Japan.

Has a nice lounge just in front of the McDonald's international, soft material. Easy access to both gate directions.

Otherwise the American Express Lounge is complimentary if you have an applicable Amex credit card OR if you have Priority Pass you can access two or three restaurants airside, one landside.
I though lounges are for couch potatoes?
