Check My (Your) Body- Send Hair Sample Get Food Intolerance List

Wondering if anyone has tried this- it's listed as $99 but on Groupon for $19.

Has anyone tried this- and had good experience? What about those with the occasional bowel habit issues with certain food? I was thinking of trying it, but wanted to see if it is accurate or crap?

  If you have bowel habit issues then cut out those foods and see how you go. You can get IgE tests from your doctor or IgA tests from your nutritionist but the gold standard (apparently) is still the elimination diet. Just been through it recently myself, stared getting weird headaches last year turned out to be a newly developed nut allergy (almonds, possibly just the outer skin).

  Don't waste your $$. Eliminating and reintroducing foods is the only accurate way to tell if your intolerant to something.
