    When life gives you almonds, make almond butter😊

    I buy around $10/kg & 1kg doesn't last long. Any surplus nuts are stored in fridge.

      Good idea, might try making some nut butter; I bought a Ninja something a while back (impulse OzB purchase) which is still not unboxed so might give it a go lol.

        That's luxury! I'm using an ancient plastic food processor - does a good job & results in a smooth tasty spread. I regularly process only enough to last a short time to avoid unhealthy oxidation - 125-250g. Also limits strain on unit. So your unit would be great for that.
