As you know, up until recently we could only buy things that are shipped and sold by Amazon.com
But now we can buy items by sold by third party sellers. Yeehawww.
Nothing appears to have changed on other sites like amazon.co.uk etc :(

Oh thanks for letting everyone know. This has been bugging me for ages (have been trying to get some rare CD’s) and was always getting the declined message at checkout.
Update: just tried it on a CD on Amazon.com from third-party seller and was declined with the same message.
Do you have to be a prime-member?

My friend bought an item from the US last night delivered to Sydney. Previous to yesterday the product was not available to send here.
