except time = money too. i wonder how many people will be driving around tomorrow looking for 2cent glue, not realising they've wasted more money on time and petrol with no guarantee it'll be at their store. At least the ladder was a big saving

they're a dollar regular price. you've probably wasted more on petrol just to get there. unless you really need a trolley load of glue..

point is you've got a 2c bargain. doesn't matter if you spent 50 bucks worth of time and money to get there. at the end of the day you can say you got one stick of glue for 0.4 cents :)

I work at Woolworths and was going to duck into K-Mart during my lunch break (I didn't because I didn't want/need glue). No petrol needed.

Yes. I have done this before. If you buy something priced at 2 cents with cash, they round down and you get it for FREE.

buy them all and donate them to a kinder or primary school or overseas charity (i.e. one that sponsors schools in other countries)

Same here. At Kmart today checked out the glue sticks. No 2c glue sticks. 5 packs were $2.
