I want to buy this Matrand mattress from IKea US and ship to Australia.
I have been looking for this mattress in Australia but could not find one. Also for all mattresses I tried in Australia (Ecosa, Koala), they did not give the same comfort level as the Matrand one.
I plan to use myus.com for the shipping (I didn’t have previous experience for shipping). They quoted around $US400 or the shipping. Just wonder if there are better alternatives?

Where are you located? There are still a lot of Aus bed manufacturers in Vic. In Moorabbin near where I live. Worth a look or your locate warehouse outlet.
I lived in Sydney. Have tried the Myrbacka, but I still prefer Matrand. I currently use an Ecosa, but it causes so much back pain, so I am going to return it, within the 100 days trial period.

You can try to calculate the price with Planet Express. I have good experiences with them.
How much of a rush are you in to get the mattress? Can you wait a few months? If so, shipping it by sea would be your best option. I haven't used a parcel forwarder who ships by sea so I can't recommend one to you.
Also, I thought I might as well ask. Have you tried the Myrbacka from ikea? Based on reviews some people prefer the Myrbacka over the Matrand (the Myrbacka is available in Australia).
