    Called them and they took my details, they send me a postage label, I return them they refund me for $370. Bit of a win considering I paid $270 from Ebay videopro

    • did you have to provide receipt? got 2 for family members that I'm going to return on their behalf but only have the charging station and earphones.

      • I didn't surprisingly, they didn't even ask for the serial number

    • how long did the refund took? Im still waiting for mine and its been over 1 month

      • Still waiting on mine, I called them last week. They confirmed receipt of mine but said they have one team processing refunds globally so will take upto 6 weeks. I"ll call them again in a week or so if I haven't received it

        • Its been 7.5 weeks for me, would be 8 on Thursday. I've followed up twice after the 6 week mark and I've been told that their Finance team needs more time to refund.

            @cliro: Return package? I had to print the label and send it using my own box.

            • @Richfield: cliro, I got my refund after 13 weeks and getting Fair Trading involved. Contact Fair Trading if you are still waiting, they have contacts in Bose Australia that can help expedite.

                I have to say i have several bose products and am satisfied with their support.

  • Returned mine at the end of October, received the refund a few days ago.

    • ha I returned mine early October, they received the packages 10 October, and I am still waiting

  • I missed this. Any chance for refund at this point? I bought them about 6 months ago. The one of the earbuds now keeps disconnecting.
