I have been recently on the lookout for a combined tread depth and pressure gauge to carry around and was happy to find this well reviewed product taking advantage of the free international shipping currently with Amazon prime. This is the newer (12293) unit with a built in flashlight and backlit LCD display. The best price I could find elsewhere was for $48 on eBay Australia.

Michelin 12295 Programmable Dual Car Digital Tire Pressure Gauge (with Flashlight and Bleed Valve) is also a decent price @ 49.38 which allows for programmable tyre pressures for up to 2 cars and a bleed valve. No tread depth however. These units seem to be selling for around $70 on Ebay.
