    Not sure if safety was there first priority. At this size, I'm sure it will achieve the noise blocking and "totally waterproof description. But most importantly getting the child to sleep and sound as they no longer can hear from now onwards.

        If you can't insert an earplug or Qtip into your ear without busting through your ear drum then you are just clumsy.
