  I really enjoy this game. Even if you only want to play it alone and not worry about the MMO side of it, there's stacks of really good story content and all voice acted, well worth the cash.

      No mandatory subscription but there are DLCs, and a premium subscription “ESO Plus”. However from what I remember only EU and US servers on PC, not sure about other consoles. So connection is sometimes bad.

      No it's not mandatory, sure there's DLCs but the amount of story in the base game and expansions which you'll get with this deal are more than enough for you to figure out if you want to get more. $15 optional monthly sub gives you a bottomless crafting material bag, xp increase, all dlc, etc. For console I think you need a Playstation/Xbox live sub as well.

  Summerset & Morrowind is listed as a pre-order bonus. Is this a code that will still be included with these copies?

  New players are supposed to get them included anyway but I'm not new, just haven't played in years.
