  Those companies are sufficent. Any industry fund will do what youre after.

  I search around and found that Hostplus and Rest have quite a low fee with good performance…

  Keep in mind that past performance is not an indicator of future performance. The "performance" is relative.

    Do any of these offer index funds?

    Sunsuper charges ($1.50 + 0.1% of balance) per week and their index aussie and international share options are both <0.1%pa fees.

  First State Super with 50% International Equities (0.09% Total Investment Fee) and 50% Australian equities (0.09% TIF).

  $52/year Admin Fee

  Asset based admin fee of 0.15% of account balance.

  If you are <35 and don't mind high risk then that's among the cheapest.

  Also consider if you really need the insurance. I canceled it about 10 years back as I had enough account balance to cover debt & funeral expenses.

  I'm near retirement and have had to be slightly more conservative in my investments.
  My current mix with FSS is:
  20% Growth
  20% Diversified Socially Responsible
  25% Australian Equities
  35% International Equities.

  HostPlus, rest and Australian Super are all pretty good
