I want to send a 3.5 kgs parcels from Melbourne to Canada.
Are there any cheap way to do it?

Stand at the airport counter of Air Canada before their next flight and start asking passengers to take the package (but not open it or ask what it is) and carry it with them to Canada. I’m sure a lot of people would be interested in talking to you about it.

Try Sendle or Interparcel. I have used Sendle for domestic but I just checked and you can send parcels to Canada and I have used Interparcel for sending packages overseas. They are both very good services in my opinion.
