        I did the transaction through the SB app and it didn't track. I lodged a missing and it got rejected so I escalated it. They acknowledged my complaint but haven't resolved it yet.

        It's pretty annoying considering I did everything the same way I do everything through the app and it tracks. Typical the big $ ones don't track….

      Mine didn't track and claim got rejected too. Didn't have faith in escalating it any further so returned it while I was still within the free return window.

    No "purchases using gift cards or store credit". Definitely regret accepting store credit for a return now.

      I had store credit and got emailed from ShopBack straight after my purchase confirming the cashback. So I think it works!

    The cashback is on the amount I pay ICONIC right? ie. the final price of a $200 item would be $2000.750.8=$120?

      What?
      Gst=200x0.1=20
      200-gst=180
      180x0.8+20=$164

      Because cashback usually doesn't apply to gst component of the price

        There's supposed to be some asterisks there that just ended up italicising.
        They meant 200x0.75x0.8=120

        i.e. $200, less 25% discount on item = $150.
        Then 20% cashback ($30) on that = $120.

        But if you're saying no cashback on GST, then it's only $27 (20% of $135). So final out of pocket is $123…

        You calculate the GST by dividing by 11, not multiplying by 0.1.

        The GST on a $200 item is $18.18.

      I think this combination will work:
      Shopback + Amex offer

      The Qantas Shopping Mall extension wont work as you'd need to be linking out from Shopback to track the purchase
      The Monopoly code won't work as you can't enter 'unapproved vouchers/coupons' during check out when tracking with Shopback.

      Mine hasn’t tracked yet either, yet a purchase I made afterwards from a different site tracked immediately. I’m starting to get dubious of SB based on other comments in this post, but I’ll give them the full 48 hours and see.
