Good experience @ ConeTopia via Livingsocial

I bought two $5 ConeTopia deals from Livingsocials a while ago and I used them both yesterday for lunch.
The owner was very nice. I showed him the two vouchers and he accepted them both without questions, he explained to us where ConeTopia came from and recommended Cone Pizza flavours. We got 2x Pizza cones, 2x small chips, 2x drinks (soft drinks/juice) and 2x gelato in a cup. The pizza cones are usually $5.90 by themselves so this was definitely a good deal. They didnt give us looks and served us regular size foods - which is pretty unique considering from what I read on other group buy threads.

Since the lunch was free (using the LivinSocial free credit) and the owner was so nice, the least I could do was to review my experience. I recommend them.

  • Definately a plus for conetopia :)

  • good to hear you should review them on your facebook if you want to help them Jlove. wish they had pizza cones in melbourne.

    • Review them on urbanspoon.

      • I tried to review them on urbanspoon, but since the Norwood store isnt listed yet, I had to add the store but it requires a phone number and I dont know their store number =\ its not listed on their facebook or website. I even made an account on urbanspoon to review it!

I saw an ad somewhere that Wendys are now selling Cone Pizzas too, much cheaper of course, ~$5.90 for a cone pizza + a drink I think.

        • i have never had anything from Wendys. I imagine it isn't very good however. Or at least not as good as the place you went to.

  • Looks like they are on DealMe right now.

  • A friend and I visited Conetopia yesterday at 324 The Parade, Beulah Park SA. I totally agree with JLove. Great service and great food. The owner said they will be doing another deal on Spreets for a larger size cone. Definitely give them a try.

  • +1

looks really good, wish they were in mel.

  • The only problem I think with the whole 'cone' concept is the fact most people (myself included) equate cone=ice-cream. How can ice-cream in a flavoured doughy cone be tasty?

After a bit of research I know what one is, but just hard to get the picture out of my mind :P

I could imagine the stoners loving deals like this, after having one cone…they can have another!
