    Dinner time is a dumb time to have a 1 hour flash sale - 45min if you consider I got the notification at 6:15. Can't be stuffed browsing frantically for stuff.

      Can't agree enough - terrible timing, especially for people with kids… people that buy lots of bonds stuff.

      Maybe 2hrs next time, or if it has to be 1hr, a little more notice?

      Yes sure have but it only tracked $18.18 on my $50 purchase, which isn't 40%. What am I missing here?

        They take the GST off before calculating the cash back.

    I did not get my cashback tracked on the order. Submitted a request for missing cashback which got rejected. Why? Because Bonds refunded me one item (worth $15, out of a total order of $99), with no explanation given as to why they could not fulfill the order after having showing it in stock when I was ordering it. Very misleading and disappointing and feels like bait and switch just to reject full cashback on a order that was 85% fulfilled, and the other 15% refunded by Bonds and not initiated by me.

    Shopback reps can you help?
