I'll be travelling interstate during Christmas/New Years and would like to do a lot of clothes shopping in Melbourne. When would be the best time (before/after Christmas?) to be there for the best sales and bargains - whilst potentially avoiding crowds?
Hard to be there for the "best sales and bargains" without anyone else being around.
