I'm looking to go running without my phone but would still like to listen to music and take/make calls. Do e-sim smart watches do this? Can they be linked to the same number as my phone? Can they store/stream music?
If the answer to these questions is yes, what are good models (preferably other than Apple)?
It's either Apple or Samsung, no other smartwatches have cellular. If you're on Spotify, you can have offline music with non cellular watches.
