  Customer support says that they are having a technical issue with online shopping at the moment - the skincare goodie bag should be something that you have to add to your shopping bag. I was advised that you can either:

  1. Wait for the issue to be fixed, and add to your shopping bag, or
  2. place the order now anyway, email them with the order number and they will add the skincare bag.

    Thanks for this info. I’ve placed my order and Emailed them with instructions to cancel my order unless the gift bag is included. I think that way, I kind of cover myself prior to receiving the items(that I don’t specifically need lol)

      I messaged them as well though I didn't think to tell them to cancel the order if the bag isn't added. Surely if the orders were placed early enough we will be be OK.

  Got the gift bag. Content is different. Not as many item as the picture. I’ve got no aveeno & sukin. A bit disappointed since that’s 2 of the products that I actually use. Rang the shop thinking my gift bag is missing some products just to be told that actual gifts products may vary from those shown. Learn my lesson, next time I should have had a peek first

    Sorry to hear, that's disappointing. I only realised later that their terms said "Actual gift products and packaging may vary from those shown". Do you still think there are $170 worth of products in your bag though?

      I definitely wouldn’t spend $170 for the products. Some are them are good normal size but mostly are sample size.

  I just looked through the list and it seems to be padded out with masks. I wonder what kind of value they put on the samples too so that they reach the $170?

  I cancelled my online order and went in store to pick up a bag. I was told that everything pictured would be in the bag so when I left the store I checked. At least 4 of the items were the same brand as those pictured but were different products.
  The Sukin was a face scrub, the Antipodes was a tiny tube of moisturiser, the Blessed by Nature was cleansing wipes and the Andalou was renewal cream. I managed to change the Sukin and Antipodes products to the pictured items.

      Yes I checked everything. I’m actually pretty happy with what I have except for the face masks which I don’t use.

          @Vivie: I think you should have received a sukin and an aveeno product as those are brands they are promoting. Maybe contact customer service?

  I'm glad they finally changed the free shipping to $50, I complained a number of times!

  It's probably a good deal, if you actually need to spend $69 on the products on sale ATM

    I got mine today. I got a Sukin Rosehip Exfoliating Scrub instead of the facial wash. I also got Blessed Cleansing Wipes instead of the tinted moisturiser.

  I got mine yesterday from a shop and missing the aveeno lotion. I told one of the ladies & said they had no idea why the lotion is missing. The bag includes a neutrogena face mask though, which is not in the picture & I don’t really need. Said they will ring head office and get back to me. Apparently the bags came in store prepacked.

    I noticed the bags and the promo cardboard wrapping around it are very easy to open and close up, so it’s possible that something was taken, fell out or just a packing error.

    Comparing posts and friends’ photos of contents it seems like the following brands may have different items, but they should be of all around similar value: Andalou, Antipodes, Sukin, Blessed by Nature.

    Half price Olay skincare. I wouldn’t buy anything solely for the bag though. Needed some skincare products and half price Olay plus the bag is not too shabby. ^_^
