    I'm looking for a case to carry 2 phones together in it, don't need to put anything else in it. I know size and fit will depend on the phones, however I haven't come across anything economically priced. Willing to pay up to $30 or so for the case.

    Friend with a Goospery cover for his iPhone XR that is totally in tatters - where the leather cover flakes off. Good price, just don't expect longevity.

    I have a more expensive Shieldon wallet case (USD30) and a Burkley cover (USD37) for my S10, and they're looking better as they age.

    Worth it?

    Well I paid $850 for a beautiful looking sleek phone that unfortunately I have to put a cover on as I will smash it. At least these covers don't let it down.

      Based on the reviews I saw and Amazon customer feedback I read, not impressed with the Shieldon wallet case. There were people reported leather cover flakes off and various other issues as well. I don't like the design either (but to be fair, most case designs are rubbish).

      I don't believe in quality cases. Even Apple original and Samsung original cases are subpar (Samsung ones might look cool and have some nifty features but they don't offer protection.

      Also, no matter how much you want to pretend, the reality is the case is just there to protect the phone. In terms of look, smartphone looks better without a case.

        Wonder if different models, as the Shieldon I have is straight cowhide leather rather than a bonded leather so can't peel. Also read tonnes of reviews before purchasing and although heard people having issues with muffled sound and credit cards scratching the screen protector, never saw anything about flaking leather. Looking right now I'm seeing they are very highly rated, although people do tend to review way too early.

        I would consider the case no worse looking than the phone as with the right colour, it becomes more a fashion piece like a good wallet or purse. I bought the tan version but used cognac shoe creme and polish on it to give it some character and tie it in with some boots I wear. And of course, it looks way better than how my phone typically looks after a year with a smashed screen.
