I read that The T&C in the booklet which comes with the card
"Prohibited uses:
…
.use the Business Credit Card to purchase anything for the purpose of resale, except with our prior agreement.
…"
I'm in retailing and What is the point of having a business card that I can't pay my suppliers? Everywhere on the net promotes the use of Amex cards to pay suppliers and to manage cash flows. Even in their CAse study section has businesses using cards to pay for suppliers.
I pay 95% of my suppliers with a business Amex and a personal credit card. (I'm also in retail) never had an issue.
