Lost product through Geekbuying

Couldn't find a related topic so I thought I'd post on Ozbargain.

I ordered QCY T2C Bluetooth 5.0 TWS Earbuds using one of the deals a few weeks ago and after seeing the product being sent to the wrong address (in the wrong state no less), and "Returned to sender", I contacted Geekbuying service about when I should expect the delivery. This was through Australia Direct Line and order tracking: 2MB455287601000931507

This is the email I received:

We are informed that your parcel was unsuccessfully delivered and return to shipping carrier for address problem or recipient can't contacted
Would you like us to deliver it again? If yes, we have given you a link to pay for the fee 7usd , please check and pay.
If not ,we will deduct the returing fee 8.7usd and refund you the rest .Waiting for your reply
in order not make any mistake , could you write it in the blank below (in English, please)?

I was wondering if it was possible to wait to see if the product finds its way to where I intended or just pay the delivery fee and hope that it doesn't get lost again? I'm a little wary of paying the returning fee after reading posts about not getting refunds.
I'd appreciate any advice given. Thanks.
