How Can I Find a Good Pillow?

I feel like I go through a new pillow every couple of months because I just can't seem to find a pillow that is right for me.

Tired of wasting so much money, I am trying to figure out which pillow will work for me before I purchase it. I've tried dunlopillo, down pillows, cheap pillows, latex pillows and memory foam

I sleep on my side but often find my neck to be very painful throughout the night. My shoulders also get sore. I'm not a big person so I don't think I need a tlal pillow. The pillow I most liked before was a pillow in my hotel room in Singapore. It was super hard and heavy, but I'm not sure if I liked it just because I was on holiday and exhausted at the end of each day.

  • Check out Hilton pillows at a Pillow Talk if you can. Ive found them to be pretty good. You can different degrees of firmness etc.

The other thing I would maybe suggest is go to a physio. They can look at the alignment of your spine when you're on your pillow.

which Dunlopillo did you try? high and firm is the one you'd probably want

  • I find contour pillows are good. Something like

    or

I've heard people rave about spinaleze pillows. Expensive but apparently awesome.

Similar situation to you, tried all manner of pillows.

    Bought this - https://www.tontine.com.au/collections/medium/products/tonti…

Really happy with it, having said that it has gone a little flat, but doesn't seem to affect my sleep at all?

I feel your pain, it's so difficult to find the right one.

  • Tried a few myself, recently bought a new feather stuffed one but got the biggest size they had, seems to be quite comfy so far though I do have to flip it once or twice per night after the front sags a bit with the weight of my head.

  • Have you considered asking a plain but thoughtful sheep to clip off half her wool and stuff it in a cotton bag for you?
