  • Useless for most of Australia as it's restricted to only the business districts of Brisbane Sydney Melbourne Adelaide and Perth. It took me over an hour and a half to even register for the service [the Optus Zoo site was down, then their login process kept on failing]. Eventually I got registered with the help of several help line techs, only to get a "we're having trouble, try again later" message.

After more time and more tries, I called again and got transferred several times before I was told I couldn't get it in my area anyway! :(
