I have, they are actually pretty good. Took a week to arrive at the front door fro some asics K 17's. I paid GBP 66.59 for them delivered, they had a special.
Also ordered from them . They were nill stock on an item that I ordered so offered me a more expensive colour at the same cost the same day . Fast shipping and was very happy .

VAT is taken out if you ship to most overseas addresses. The VAT is 20%, so you divide the listed price by 1.2 to get ex VAT amount. To get the 15% discount, do not go to checkout straight away. View your basket and there will be an area for you to type the coupon code. Only after that proceed to checkout. At checkout there is no place for you to enter the discount code.
My experience with them, first time was great fast process and shipping. Second time, I ordered something that they do not have stock. They offer an alternative, but not interested in it. I am still waiting for them to refund me as they deduct from your CC immediately when you place your order. Good place to get Asics, but I prefer to shop from Eastbay for other things due to their site keeping a live stock status and them using UPS (courier) shipping. Will wait and see how long they take to process my refund as I have read from other forums that at times you need to chase them up for it. Not good for them as if this happens to me, I won't be a returning customer and probably try Wiggle in future.
Update. They refunded minus the shipping cost when the items were never sent out in the first place.
My advice for anyone looking to order with them, they are okay if you are ordering new stock items as they would have them in stock. If you are looking for prior season stuff, if you are not particular to having that particular model and don't mind the newer model in a different colour, then it's okay as well as that what they will offer you if they cannot provide you with what you order. But if not and you have to deal with them to get a refund, they are a pain to deal with.
I will not order from them again. Not worth the hassle. I will most likely go through my credit card to dispute the shipping charges they have not refunded. If I don't get it back so be it. But if I do, then they will be hit with a chargeback charge as well.

Seems like jruban didn't put the discount code in. It's not automatic and need to be added when you go to your basket before you checkout. Kayanos 98.40 pounds each. Remove VAT 82 pounds. Apply 15% discount 69.7 pounds each. Two Kayanos = 139.40 pounds. Shipping for two shoes should be 16.67 pounds. Total 156.07 pounds = Approx A$235.
