    Edit: it might be..bit just needs to support Qi EPP (extended power profile)

      Because 15W charging Huawei is a private agreement, so only support Huawei 5W wireless charging

    I would never buy from Choetech again no matter how good the product looked - their "customer support" is the worst kind of speak-to-the-hand you can imagine.

    If something goes wrong with this unit, don't expect any help from them.

    Just my personal experience. YMMV.

        I purchased a multi-port USB charger that failed after a few weeks, and then wasted the next couple of months chasing up with emails - even being requested at one stage to send a video of the failed device….which I did. It was riveting viewing.

        "Support" stopped even responding, so I gave up.

        Once bitten, twice shy.

            @CHOETECH-Direct: I don't even have the device anymore, I pitched it out 2 years ago.

            I think the most money spent on the device was the glue that held it all together - I'm handy with a soldering iron and multimeter, so thought I'd try and fix it, but I couldn't even get it open! So the products are not user-serviceable either.

          I got the old send a video treatment one time too… Ridiculous! Always go through Amazon support, they are amazing rather than getting the run around from these guys.

              @CHOETECH-Direct: Your customer service and policies like asking them to shoot a video of an item not working that is worth $20-$40 inspires people to never get your products a 2nd time and go with a different business.
