    run 10 miles per day and travel (by foot or by bike) across the Australia continent twice a year you will be fitter than the Iron Man in a couple of years. There is no need to waste money on a website.

    If you don't know anything about weight loss or fitness, can you please not give any advice?

    What rubbish advice is "eat less". Is that what the pros do? Uh, no. They eat a crap load of protein, they monitor their carbohydrate intake, they have many meals throughout the day to keep the body's metabolism healthy, and they're consistently active throughout the day.

    Those are good steps for anyone, imo. I'd also recommend those thinking of losing weight to look into the GI (glycemic index) of foods, and not to avoid foods which you think are too fatty (such as nuts and seeds).

    • The most important thing is an overall lifestyle change. If you're fat/overweight, a lifestyle of regular exercise(incl. high intensity) and fresh food, and you'll literally shed kilos like there's no tomorrow. Just eating low cal food without exercise won't work… you're better off doing it the other way, lots of exercise and average diet.

    A good tip: If you are a guy (or girl that wants tone) then invest the $360 in a weights bench and start lifting. Your motivation to eat well will be to see your hardwork in the gym pay off (ie high protein diet 40/40/20 or similar).

    www.bodybuilding.com is the place to start. Probably better than the biggest loser club tbh. Huge support network, info db etc. Can't go wrong (and it's free).
