First deal, so attack me like Contador up Alpe d' Huez etc. I noted this earlier in the Cateye lights deal, but thought it might be worth a proper posting.

Right now these guys have a $10 off any $50+ order if you sign up to their email newsletter. Not sure when it expires, but it's been there for at least a week.

(This is a new-ish online bike store headquartered in Australia, with prices in the same ballpark as Wiggle and CRC - and have a price match policy if you want to force the point. I did a check on a few key parts that were in my CRC wishlist and they were +/- 5% or so on most things. Yes, some things at a local store were cheaper than CRC! Hell has frozen over…)

    Dispatch not too quick, ordered something from them last Monday night and still yet to be shipped, would have been quicker from probikekit or wiggle

      pretty poor from from ce, wasn't that one of the claims they made when they launched; quick dispatch and delivery?

      last order from pbk took 3 weeks, last wiggle order took 3 days.

        Their policy is dispatch in 3-5 days, but it seems to be closer to the 5 or more. I think they hold little to no stock and either order after purchase or drop ship

    just a general question for anyone thats bought from CRC,
    how do i go about cancelling a 'pending' order?

    long story short, i bought the last set of rear brakes (Elixir CR carbon) they had on special for $150 incl postage, but i have now gotten my hands on a WHOLE used set for $150
    i have already emailed them , but no answer (12 hours) what should/can i do now

      Email and hope they haven't already fulfilled/shipped the order by the time they respond to it. If it hasn't already shipped they are usually quite friendly in modifying/cancelling orders.

    Found out about these guys from the BNU forums. Ordered twice from Cycling Express last week, not sure about the five day shipping thing, sounds like maybe you guys work for a bike shop or something…

    Anyway, the first time I ordered on the Friday morning and got it on the Monday, the other time I bought on a Tuesday and got on Thursday. Seems pretty good to me, maybe it depends on what you order.
