Gold Standard is pretty bland, its cheap for a reason. It does the job though. If you are fussy about taste id look into something else - unless you are mixing with milk then its fine.
I am not fussy on taste, just prefer if possible not to taste like ass. I'll be mixing with water and heard a few of these flavours were actually quite good. I was on the fence between double rich choc and extreme milk choc.
Extreme milk chocolate is my go to, tastes fine with water and great with milk. Highly recommend.
Extreme milk chocolate literally tastes like a chocolate milkshake even with water (tastes even better with milk).
If you are fussy about taste, you probably need to reassess why you are slamming whey in the first place.

Crap protein, full of additives and not even that cheap.

ON gold standard whey would have to be one of the worst quality protein powders you can buy. Added ingredients include soy lecithin, Sucralose and Acesulfame-K (artificial sweeteners) and FD&C yellow #5 (which is now banned in Austria and Norway and requires a warning label in the EU). But don't take my word for it. Research the ingredients yourself. There are much cleaner and cheaper protein powders available that don't contain this junk.
