I contacted them prior to ordering our new car, but we ended up ordering it ourselves rather than waiting for them to get back to us. Wanted to get on that RAV4 order ASAP and weren't expecting them to find much of a discount on a car with a massive under supply like that.
When they did call me they seemed quite knowledgable and the concept seemed sound.
Never heard of it before now.
Interesting that KoganCars is run by Eclipx Group Limited who get commissions from CarLoans.com.au who are paid commissions from car dealers. Lots of middle men involved that will want to be paid.
