Is The Asus 28in 4K-UHD FreeSync Gaming Monitor (VP28UQG) a Good Monitor?

So, I was browsing Umart and came across the Asus 28in 4K-UHD FreeSync Gaming Monitor (VP28UQG), on sale for $379 for another 40 mins. I have a MacBook Pro that I use for assignments.

I want to start doing Adobe After Effects and I though that this will be a decent monitor for it. Thoughts?

personally I would recommend the LG or Samsung 4K 32" lcd's - they are MVA panels and I'm pretty happy with two of the LG ones at home and work.

        • Cheers for the link.

I’ve had a look at the Samsung 4K 32”, I don’t think I want something that size, just because I have a glass table. They do look pretty damn good.

Sorry to ride the comment, but have you heard of AOC? Just saw this on amazon and I would like some opinions.

@bruh: That monitor is 1080p 144hz, not 4k. 144hz is typically used for gaming but you're after 4k for Adobe After Effects. As for the brand AOC, it's not bad for a budget monitor to begin with.
