      Yep.

      Basically you get two missions over and over again (find this, kill that) and they're mildly fun to do by crashing a 747 into an oil refinery but then you realise it's just faster to shoot everyone … but that's boring.

      The problem with many open world games is they expect you to make the fun.

    Kinda deceiving and not very ethical calling something reloaded edition just to get it back at the top of the new release section when it's just the same old game with a bunch of DLC packaged in.

    I'd highly recommend getting 2 or 3, and wait longer for a deeper discount if you really want to play 4, it's a big step down from Just Cause 3, and that was already a step down from Just Cause 2
