List of Providers That Do $5 (or Similar) with Large Data Allocation (40GB+) for The First Month - Type of Deals

Hi,

So far I have the following:

• Kogan - ongoing deal for $5/40GB (Vodafone)
• CatchConnect (identical to Kogan) (Optus)
• LycaMobile - slightly more expensive but they use Telstra Wholesale.

Are there any other providers offering these types of deals? I use it for home "broadband" as the only alternative is ADSL so in reality, LTE is the only choice. I use < 75GB/month on average, sometimes a bit less.
I don't have Optus coverage so currently I'm using Kogan but I have a mild concern they may stop this deal (since it's not publicly advertised on their website, only though ozbargain/google searches).
