I suspect you are looking at just the Lightspeed G703 version.

You're right. These naming schemes can be a little confusing.
its terrible. On logitech's own website they are called the exact same only when you look in specs can you see difference.
Cheers OP just bought it. Sold my old mouse for 30 so it only cost me 70 to upgrade to a wireless mouse with better shape (for me).
I have one of these in under 18mth the scroll wheel is dead, have a look, it's quite common. Kinda pissed off actually because now I need a new mouse.
Contact logitech or where you bought it, they have a 2 year warranty
