Help with Crepe Maker Batter Mixing Bowl

I need some help looking for a flat replacement batter mixing bowl for my upsidedown crepe maker.

Im just after a flat mixing bowl but cant seem to find one.

Any suggestions?

Mix batter in a regular mixing bowl. Transfer to a shallow dish for the dipping/cooking part.

It needs to be able to have space for the handle on the shallow bowl.

  No it doesn't. As the batter gets lower, just tilt the dish. Have personally done this before.

what the heck is that thing? crepes are easier than pancakes in a pan

  Tend to agree. Get something like Pancake parlour batter, mix it thin and let stand. Pour a bit into a shallow flat non stick frying pan, but still use butter.Turn it over to cook other side then serve with lemon curd.
