Hey guys, sorry if this is a stupid question.
I am trying to buy some furniture from an ebay store (luxo living) and the checkout takes me to a page where I have to “Request total from seller” and then “Commit to buy”.
However on this page there is no way to apply any voucher code (although I can on the previous page).
Has anyone ever done this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Thanks for the steps. It doesn’t let me checkout on the usual checkout page where the voucher is correctly being applied; because the store ships by freight, so I am forced to click the “Request total” link and go to the next page where there is no option to enter any vouchers.
Perhaps do them in separate transactions - you can use the code in up to five transactions.
I am only buying one item. The “request total” is needed because (I think) the shipping is by freight.
So annoying. I wouldn’t have thought ebay would have such an issue for a basic checkout process.
@novicenow: Oh that's strange… did some searching and this suggests you can - just follow the steps from this comment
@CC123: It worked as specified in the link you provided.
I hit “Commit to buy” and then had to wait for the seller to generate an invoice for me. Once I got that, I went back to the regular checkout page and was able to enter the PSLEIGH voucher and get 20% off.

Just a warning and possibly a PSA (I cannot confirm if I did not make any blunders), I applied the code and final checkout showed the discount and expected total.
At PayPal screen, I didn't check the amount.
PayPal receipt received shortly after shows the full amount without discount.
Possible glitch between checkout page and PayPal.
As I said in a reply to another comment above, the voucher is correctly applied on the usual checkout page. But I am unable to check out here because the shipping is by freight.
Open item page -> Add To Cart -> Click "Checkout 1 Item" (might be more than 1 if you have multiple things in your cart) -> Under "Gift cards, vouchers, coupons" you should see "Enter Code' -> Click enter code and enter the code -> Click Apply

Do this if you have already added to your cart:
Head here -> Click "Go to Checkout" -> Under "Gift cards, vouchers, coupons" you should see "Enter Code' -> Click enter code and enter the code -> Click Apply
Once you have applied it, send a screenshot and I will check if it has applied
On the request total page? Avoid it, just use the checkout I guess?
