Anyone know how i can best take advantage of current deals/cashbacks and stack them to get MW for PS4 for $50 or less? don't really want to spend more than that considering i just want it for the campaign.

Are you a collector? If not, just buy it, play it, then sell it.
You lose a few dollars but think of it as a rental.
