          It was more the lack of communication which was disappointing. You mention there has been delays but none of this was communicated until I contacted you guys after 2 weeks. And then no communication again until the items eventually arrived two weeks later.

    I ordered during the muk sale. Got my products pretty quickly but didn’t get the free gift. I emailed them as per the posters instructions on the previous deal. Emailed Saturday. Still no response!!!
