I’ve been thinking about replacing my current one but not sure if I should

    • +3

      You should…

getting it ducted outside is probably more important than the hood itself

    • Reposting my earlier comment - 630m3/hr airflow isn't good for the purpose. Get something like Schweigen, Qasair or Robam with airflow of 1200m3/hr or more and duct it to the open air (outside to the roof) if you really want to get the cooking smell sucked, the one listed here just sucks !

      • Yes but you could buy two of these for $172 dollars for 1260 m3/hr! Right?

      • That's the net extraction. Gross is rated at 850m3/hr which is not bad and comparable with premium rangehoods that cost 1-1.5k.

Schweigen is great if you have $3k!

13 in total Australia wide, including display models and inventory errors.

    • Do you know which stores?

      • None that lined up with the website. Warrawong and Campbelltown had none, despite the website information. All stores can see Australia wide stock. None showed 2, suggesting no boxed stock.

  • Does anyone know why some rangehoods and ovens are "not available for delivery" whereas most usually are?

    • May be display stock

  • No stock in WA

    • That's WA. We lose out on a LOT of these deals. :(

Sorry, we are unable to check store stock at the moment. Please try again later or contact your nearest store.

  • I called a store, there is only 2 available and it's nsw stores.
I didn't get the name of them

  • Called springvale and they are inundated with calls. Poor reps. Waste of time looking in to this honestly. They only have it in NSW by the looks of it.

    • Those you mention, are they very noisy?

      • Yes, for the power of the motor. It's a trade of between noice and suction. Alternatively, you can also get models with motors on the roof, making it almost silent.

  • I have bought one at Casula the good guys. Not sure how many left.

  • Does any one want one?
I got it for my mothers house and just opened the box and realized we needed a island rangehood instead.
Its still brand new in the box instructions sealed and all
Pick up from western Sydney so if you want it send me a message
