  • Good deal. Thanks OP. Just ordered knee braces

    • Received my order today. Quite happy with the product. And it came via Australia Post and not Fastway courier. Thank you OP. All good!

  • Thanks OP got some knee braces.

  • Thanks op. Got some gloves.

  • Thanks OP.

  • Thanks OP, got the knee braces 👍

  • Braces and gloves are bad for you because they act like a cast and prevent muscles from working.

    • For me my knees have not been better since I started using these. I have 2 pairs of these and sleep in the Small size ones and wear the Medium ones when I am home.

      • +1 vote

Don't wear them if they haven't been better

        • No I feel these are making my knees better for sure. Compression helps with blood circulation so after I run I wear them to help with recovery. I have stiff knees because I run almost 13km most days on footpath / road and do little to no stretching. I started wearing these knee braces in the last 6 months and my knees feel much better. I also got very bad knee pain in the past 3 weeks (due to tight hamstring and calf muscles) and each morning when I woke up I struggled to get out of bed as my knee was in a lot of pain. Started wearing the Small size one to bed and I have zero issues getting out of bed now. If I don't wear them for a night I struggle getting out of bed the next day.

From my own personal experience, these are working great for me. I only wear them in the evening and when I sleep. During the day at work I don't wear them.

      • wow be careful sleeping with compression around your knee at night!

reciepe for blood clots to form - even in a fit and healthy person

    • Depends on what exercise you're doing and type you use.

Proper knee sleeves can take strain off ligaments during squats etc, while not reducing muscle action

    • I wouldn’t say they’re bad for you, i agree it’s important to let the body and it’s ligaments balance themselves out but if you’re carrying some form of chronic injury or in rehab it’s a good buffer. I used the knee braces when I had constant niggling knee pain after any form of running, and no amount of rest helped. The braces helped me increase my workload and now I rarely use them again unless I feel a bit “loose” in the knee. Definitely wouldn’t advise using them all the time or if there’s no pre existing condition though.

  • Thanks. My old knee compression supports were getting a bit old and my troublesome knees have been playing up recently.

Looking forward to using the patella strap during the summer when needed.

  • Are you supposed to wear knee braces during exercises(gym, cycling, etc)

    • Only if you are experiencing knee issues. They also help to warm up the joint which promotes more blood flow. If you experience no pain then just warm up as usual before exercise

  • Thanks - been looking out for new cycling gloves.

  • Thanks, just ordered some. Anything for the ankles? Alternatively, maybe a robo-leg replacement might be useful for me…

  • The gloves seem to only come in X-large size?

  • Sleeve or strap or tape is better for tennis and Zumba? Compression feels tight but I don't understand how it helps blood circulation. I just need knees support.

    Thank all

  • Is the Sable Knee Brace Support Compression Sleeves code still working, It says invalid code for me.
