  • Contigous Sockets appear
"too close for comfort" ie, if
we need to fill w/power blocks

    Is it so?

    PS Not keeping RF out?!?
(eg, if you use it beside
    broadcaster or Radio Ham)

  • smarthomestoreau wouldn't ship to me in WA, so I went with Futu instead. Thanks OP.

  • Thanks OP! Was going to pop into Bunnings. This saves a trip 😊

I'm after an 8-way PB however I need one with rear mounting points (easy cowboy!) - which this one doesn't have - and the sockets are indeed too close together. Thanks anyway OP, I'll keep looking.

    • Reverse cowboy?

  • " two 2.4 amp USB ports"

that is very low power usb, right? nowhere near QC 3.0 level of charging capability?

    • I can't find what's the voltage of the usb ports, so probably it's 2.4 amp @ 5V? not fast charge but probably not too bad. I'd still plug a 27w fast charge adapter in there though.

Happy with this APC one I bought yesterday for $19.55, albeit no USB ports

    • Thanks, didn't see that, code PBLITZ is current for that one also replacing previous code.

Good price for this needlessly gigantic brick of a board.

I got the six port version from a previous deal and it is a bohemoth that offends most places I'd want to use it. And yet the power points are still too close together to fit many adaptors or transformers. Appears to be well built, but I'm not a fan of the design…

    I miss these days; www.ozbargain.com.au/node/334711
