  Pro Bike Kit is the worst online buying experience i've ever had. Falsely told me items were in stock, when i specifically asked if they were sure and if they could check before i purchased. I bought, then they told me they were out of stock. Then told me i couldn't cancel my order. Then it took over 30 days for the item to arrive. Customer service during the whole period was an absolute joke. If PBK was 25% cheaper than Chain Reactions or Wiggle, i still wouldn't use them.

    I bought some reynolds Carbon wheels 18 months ago. Delivery took a while, maybe 2 weeks but since then its been pretty good, wheels were almost true when they arrived. About 6 months ago I had a drama running them tubeless, wouldnt hold a reasonable PSI. I got back in touch and they were great, even referred me onto some experts at Reynolds in the US, in the end it was Rim Tape, they offered to send me to an authorised Reynolds pers0on in Melbourne, I asked if my LBS could do it and they agreed. In the end all sorted, i was impressed because I expected pretty much zero support.
