Would you care to explain rather than assume we all know how this works. Clicking on the deal, it shows $66.99 for a 24pack

Buy boozebud $30 groupon voucher for $4.5 (with coupon code FRIYAY), then use it, don’t forget shopback.

    • +2

      Belongs in Deal Description

      Add code FRIYAY to Deal

Your Deal link is for full price at Boozebud! That is not the Deal!

Deal link should be to Boozebud via Groupon deal.
(Plenty of these Groupon/Boozebud/Asahi Deals to copy from)

Deal is not available without buying the Groupon Voucher first.
So Deal Title price must include this, rather than "with $5 Groupon Voucher" - which is confusing without any explanation.
Some might think this deal comes with a $5 Voucher to use at Groupon!

Another new customer only promo from BoozeBud. I've stopped using them because of it.

    • +5

Yeah their everyday prices aren't amazing, I'll stick with Dans if they don't offer deals to repeat customers :/

      • ThiS new customer only promo is a real put off, eventually
the numbers will dwindle and they’ll see the effects.

        • You mean their profits per sale will increase😉

    • +4

I remember last year I was ordering from them all the time. Deals were significantly better than Dan's, especially with the Groupon vouchers. I also go the advent calendar for 50% off. Haven't placed a single order since then.

  • Thanks OP!

Bit lazy not putting this in OP

To me you're better off getting the bigger voucher and spending $100 for free delivery

    • +2

My bad - deal edited with more details.

    • +1

Except there is no free delivery for $100 order with this code.

      • Ok that is correct, one code only oops

      • any codes for free delivery??

  • +1

Don't expect it to arrive before Christmas though. My last order took nearly 4 weeks and countless phone calls.

    • Recent deals had comments of quick delivery. Some next day in Sydney.
My late order was last Asahi before went out of stock - took a week to Brisbane.

  • Perhaps a stupid question but unfortunately OP's your post is a little confusing:

Can this Groupon code be stacked with any other Boozebud offers?

    • +1

Don't think so. Pretty sure only 1 promo code can be used at a time (and the groupon code counts as a promo). About to try it as soon as I get my codes, will let you know.

      • Can only use one code at a time in the promocode box, so no free delivery/10% off

  • +2

It'd be cool if "old" members got rewarded as well at some point but it appears they're not interested in that. So, I'll stick with Dan's.

  • If I’ve done this before. Can I do it again?

New Groupon account or new boozebud?
Is it home address/email/credit card locked?

    • +1

I've been using new email addresses, the same credit card, and different home addresses. They definitely won't let you use the same household twice.

      • +1

Pretty annoying if you've got housemates then I'd imagine..

    • +2

The trick is to not use the automatic address filler and to input slight variations to your home address.

      • Wish someone taught me 7/11 trick to mock location

  • Thanks OP picked up 2 cases delivered In Sydney for 90.87 + Groupon code ($9 with Try10 discount) == $100 delivered for 48 cans, Used cashback, shopback didn't appear for me

  • Is there something about not using the same address??

    • Id like to know aswell

      • +1

Yep, to be a 'new' customer, it must a be house address not already in their system.

    • +1

Reports in other Deals of orders cancelled or asked to pay full price because used same address as previous order. Means a wasted Groupon voucher.

  • +2

Getting a couple of cases delivered to my grandma's house lmao.

  • From memory, the voucher promotion says person X can only use once, but they can purchase an additional voucher as a gift.

If you housemate/partner who resided at the same address ordered, I don't think you would be violating any terms/conditions and I would be shocked if they cancelled.

    • Unfortunately they'll only accept one voucher per delivery address.

  • +2

Just looked at boozebud prices and they really aren't much cheaper than going to Dan's. Plus you have to factor in shipping costs and the inconvenience of delivery waits. I remember the deals from a year ago and they were somewhat decent

  • I've just this deal before, works well.

That said, as you're only entitled to use one voucher per address (ever) then youre far better off getting the $10 Groupon voucher that offers $50 off $100 spend.

    Ps. Don't forget cash back.

  • Just did this deal, used BRANDNEW to get 15% off the groupon deal and CB for Boozbude. Their website was pretty bad, had trouble trying to figure out where to put the groupon code

  • Are these brewed in Japan or brewed by some third party

    • +1

500ml cans are Japan, bottles are elsewhere and nowhere near as good.

  • +1

    No more beer left…

  • still working through the slab I got last time around - it is a really enjoyable beer, and I find 500ml is just right

  • +1

    Any other good deals?

    • The Asahi was around normal price on BB. Just often not available & found to be back in stock for a short while.

Deal was to use a (discounted with code) Groupon voucher to buy any product at reduced price. Asahi was just a good recommendation🍺

  • Enquired with chat - They will be not restocking the cans =(
