There's a function in the app to make a claim (with receipt)
I found the 'Missed Discount' section in the Settings.
However after uploading the receipt photo, tapping the 'Next' button does nothing.
I've been noticing my price locks from Project Zero Threes locations are being cleared within 2-3 days after locking it into the app.
Could be signs of some serious app reforms.

Perhaps your credentials used on 7/11 been compromised?

You might want to consider phoenixing and getting a new account in this case…

It's working for me (or working now)..
Same problem here. Was okay earlier today, so went to fill up. Got to the counter, app wouldn't work. Paid about 25c/litre more than the fuel lock. Nothing I could do about it. I figured I'd just write to them when the app allows me to & see what the company does.
