Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
A pleasingly exotic washed coffee – this Ethiopian holds all the characteristics we love about a washed Yirgacheffe. It is clean, sweet and strikingly complex.

Uganda Drugar
A delightful natural coffee with full body. This coffee exhibits flavours of rustic fruit, boozy raisins, and cocoa with low acidity.

Whole beans only.

We roast in small batches to control all stages of the roasting process ensuring a consistent cup. We ship each order within 48 hours of roasting to bring you the freshest coffee possible.

  How are these roasted? And suited to black/milk etc?

    Hi Whorl,
    The Yirgacheffe is roasted to a darker medium. We believe suitable as a black coffee but especially great with milk-based coffee. The Ugandan beans are roasted medium which is suited for black coffee however we have tried it with milk which accentuates the chocolate undertones.

  OP just wondering when you guys make up these paired samplers, do you intentionally pair them so that they make a great blend? Or do you just pair any two random single origins for the sale?

    Hi Acoustic81,
    We intentionally pair them by offering two very different tasting beans so that customers can really taste the distinct flavours from each of the origins and then decide which is their favourite.
    A great option if you don't particularly like one bean. You can blend a little amount together and see how they taste too :)
