This seems to be the all-time lowest deal for this game (according to ITAD).
The picture indicates you will also get a DRM-free copy of the game.

From the website:

  • It is also tagged as "DRM-free download" on the Humble Store page.

    • Thanks. Added this info (but cannot confirm it as I already had the game).

      • When you buy you get access to a Humble hosted copy for direct download, as well as a BitTorrent link (in addition to the Steam keys).

        • I know that. All I read in the description was "Saints Row IV is provided via Steam for Windows and Linux and is also provided DRM-Free for Steam. A free Steam account is required."

I was not sure what DRM-Free for Steam meant as in my opinion this is a contradiction. This is why I said I cannot verify it meaning I am not sure if they really give a DRM-free copy in your Humble library. But apparently they do so all good.

@Lysander: I think they messed up the text and it should have been:
"Saints Row IV is provided via Steam for Windows and Linux and is also provided DRM-Free for Windows. A free Steam account is required."

            …since they don't provide a Linux DRM-free copy.

Although, I am still downloading it and haven't run it to see if it somehow has some extremely bizarre DRM-free but still requires Steam thing going on.

            Edit:

OK, I ran it (no installer) and it looks like the DRM-free copy is actually the GOG version. I say this because when I went to see what happens if I try an online co-op game it tells me I need to "Go Online on GOG Galaxy" (I did not try any further). I hadn't given any firewall permissions and am not logged into Steam.

BTW, I expect I will be able to do LAN co-op with this.

Of course, I don't think you will be getting any Steam Workshop stuff or co-op with Steam friends with this version, at least not without some difficulty (I don't know).

            Edit #2:
I just allowed access though the firewall and made a very brief attempt at finding an online game while GOG Galaxy was set to online but the game still didn't think I was signed in. Not a real problem for me as I wasn't expecting Online play to work with the DRM-free version anyway.
