Yes. Bugaboo usually comes with everything incl rain cover unless it's specifically selling the "frame".
We were once very confused on what's included and not included.
A new one came out " Lynx" - a few hundred dollars more. We would have bought that if it was released last year.
Edit: looks like this one "excludes" canopy? Seems unusual.
Edit 2: not much of a deal as the ones include canopy are regularly under $1000. Check babybunting and their ebay store.

$159 on DJs, less 25% to $119. DJs package price would then become $982ish, vs normal sale price at babyvillage of $995 (alu/black, not black/black, in case that matters)

I'm sure it's decent quality, but I can't recommend anything suitable for a single child unless you know you only want one child. Also, check the bottom space is actually big enough to be useful.
I always recommend getting an uppababy vista (2015 model or newer.. all the same other than aesthetics) or cityselect off gumtree. It'll be cheaper, after resale won't cost you much, and frankly it's actually useful when you have >1 kid.
Heck, buy everything off gumtree when it comes to kids. They don't care if it's not new. Avoid the rort.
Does the sun canopy normally come with it? Does this include a bassinet as well?
